My artwork changed considerably after I spent two years training as a crystal therapist in Northampton. I learnt about Electro-magnetic energies that surround the body and surround all living things, such as plants, trees, crystals and animals etc…
As I became more in tune and aware of these energies I was able to allow my inner guidance to express these energies through paint.
A tree is not just greens and browns but the colours of the spectrum, even colours we cannot see with the naked eye. These are the colours of the ‘Higher Spectrum of Spirit’ the ‘Spirit’ of the tree, the Electro-magnetic energy, or the aura of the tree. This is the energy I capture in my artwork.
