Annie Rice
Annie Rice is primarily a watercolourist and an East Anglian Artist and Tutor. Her work has recently won the Great art award at Suffolk Open studios 2009 Exhibtion and event.
Previously Annie spent many years tutoring students professionally at her place of business – The Works Art and Design School in Beccles, Suffolk. Annie left the school in 2007 to pursue her personal work, and now tutors painting holidays in both France and Italy.
Her inspiration to paint comes from anything from Bold shapes, negative or positivethat she can see responds to vibrant colours and the flow of waterbased media. This is usually found in Nature – flowers foliage and wildlife.
